The phone service (09 5499 00) is open:
- Mon 10am–4pm
- Tue–Thu 12pm–4pm
- Fri 10am–4pm
In addition, we are open 10am-4pm on first and last working day of each month.

Application period for the spring term 2021 started 1.10.2020.
For spring, we make offers mainly in November-December. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact estimate of when we can send offers to applicants. The housing offer will be sent to you by email. Please check the email regularly and make sure that Hoas is in your safe senders list

In cooperation with schools in Helsinki area, Hoas provides about 920 exchange students with a furnished room or apartment each academic year.
