Laundry rooms

Almost all of the Hoas properties have well equipped laundry rooms, where doing your washing is free and easy. You can reserve a laundry time slot via the electronic reservation system. The laundry rooms are at the tenants’ disposal from 8 am until 10 pm. When the laundry rooms are available for use, you can use your own key to enter. Read more about how to get the account details and how to reserve your slot.

The use of tumble dryers, drying cabinets, spin dryers and drying rooms is also free. You can make reservations for tumble dryers (not including drying cabinets, spin dryers or drying rooms) in advance via the reservation system.

Depending on the property one account can be used to reserve 5 or 10 laundry / dryer time slots per week at no cost. You can see the number of reservations in the reservation system.

  • Tenants are advised to take the length of the washing cycle into account when reserving washing machines, in order to not overrun the reserved time slot and into the next person's time. The longest wash cycles can take up to two hours.
  • If the tenant is not sure how long the wash cycle is, it is best to reserve a two-hour slot when trying the cycle for the first time.

Instructions for doing laundry in the laundry room

Instructions for the use of the washing machines can be found on the walls of the laundry rooms. Use the machines as directed in the instructions and submit a fault report if they are not working. Correct use ensures the good condition of the machines.

Remember to take other tenants into account when using the laundry room. It is important that the tenants use only the laundry slots they have reserved themselves so that the next person can also use the laundry room on their reservation. Also, please make sure you leave the room clean and tidy for the next user.

Tenants should also remember that the laundry rooms are intended for their own use only and that they must not be reserved if they are not going to be used. Any misuse of the laundry facilities will lead to the loss of the right to use them.
