I am sharing an apartment with 5 others, it's quite busy. Anyway company is fun and others are clean and respectable. The location of the building is just great, many campuses and city center can be reached with a direct train or by bycicle within in 10-20 minutes. The building is dirty at the ground floor and maintenance takes a lot of time. One entry is already blocked for over a month, nothing happens. If there is something to fix within the apartement, wait for 2-3 weeks. Overall I am happy to got this place to stay for one semester abroad.

Great apartment in good location near the city center. The rent is average for student accommodation in Helsinki. Single studios and 3 person shared apartments. The shared apartments have one bathroom and a separate shower. Kitchen with oven and an included common area with table and chairs. The rooms are quite small but equipped with everything that is needed.
