Applying with a friend
You can apply to live with a friend in the same shared apartment. Both of you will have tenancy agreements for your own rooms. When you want to move into a shared apartment with a specific friend, please let us know in the additional information field on the application form. Also add the friend’s name to the information.
Most of our shared apartments are for three people
Hoas shared apartments are usually built for 2-4 residents. Most of our shared apartments are designed for three residents. This means that friends are usually offered two rooms in a shared apartment that already has one tenant.
Two-person shared apartments are rarely available and the waiting time is long.
