The Kiltakallio residential buildings have quick and easy access to the services of central Espoo. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Espoo central train station and to the Entresse shopping centre.
Omnia campuses in Espoon keskus area are all very close by. Schools located in Leppävaara are reached in half an hour by train.
There are shared apartments, studios and two room apartments for students moving alone. For couples and families there are 41 to 67 square metre two and three room apartments.
In the year 2013 building G was built and some new apartments were added to buildings B and C. All apartments in staircase G are under 52 square metres. Other apartments at Siltakuja 2 were build in 1985. Most of these apartments have own balcony or a terrace.
There is a club room for the tenants.
A basic renovation will start in staircases A-F in August of 2024, and the renovation will be finished in spring of 2025.
