Very popular property, very rarely available apartments.

From this property in central Helsinki, it is only a short walk to the Kamppi shopping centre and metro station. Other services are also located close to the property. It is also not far from a green park and the Hietaniemi beach.

The whole property received a facelift in a renovation that was finished in 2019. The facelift renovation included renewing the kitchens, wardrobes and floors of the apartments.

The apartments are mainly studios. Studio apartments have small kitchen without oven. There are a few family apartments in the building.

There are no parking spaces available on the property.
