Popular property, rarely available apartments.
These white apartment blocks are located in a central spot on the Viikki campus of the University of Helsinki, within walking distance from the Prisma supermarket in Viikki. Good outdoor tracks and a green environment make this a wonderful spot to live in.
During a facelift renovation completed in 2017, the apartments of the property were improved with new kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. The floors were covered with vinyl tiles.
There is no lift in the property. Most of the apartments are two and three room apartments for families and couples. There are shared apartments for single occupants. Each apartment has either a balcony or a small garden.
