Kurkisuontie 12 is located in a quiet neighbourhood of small apartment blocks. The light-coloured buildings have four storeys and a safe yard surrounded by the buildings. This property is well suited to families with children. There is a playground in the yard and a bigger playground can be found within a walking distance.
The apartments are two and three room apartments for couples and families. For tenants moving alone there are shared apartments and two-room apartments.
There are great outdoor recreation areas nearby and the nearest metro station is only about a kilometre away. Myllypuro and Kontula metro stations offer fast transport connections to the centre of Helsinki and Itis shopping centre in Itäkeskus. Myllypuro campus is situated 1,5 kilometres away.
