The red-brick apartments at Jämeräntaival are located on the edge of the Laajalahti bay. The area is very quiet and naturally beautiful. The property is within walking distance of the Aalto University. Otaniemi also has fast connections to Helsinki as well as other parts of Espoo.
A basic renovation has finished at the property at the end of year 2018. The rooms in the shared apartments are spacious and are equipped with a fridge. The tenants can reserve sauna and laundry from Jämeräntaival 9 and 10 as well.
The studios are 19 to 21 square metres in size. There are only a few two room apartments for couples.
Tenants are welcome to use several different club rooms around the Otaniemi Teekkarikylä area.
All apartments are rented to Aalto University students only.
