Renovated family friendly apartments for students
Popular property, rarely available apartments.
These smaller three-storey apartment blocks are located in a peaceful, child-friendly residential area. There are many options for outdoor activities and excercise in the vicinity, for example bowling and wall climbing at the Tapanila Sport Center. In Malmi, there is an indoor pool, a tennis hall and gyms. Hietapellontie 11 is also close to the services – there are two shopping centres within an easy walk.
The whole property received a facelift in 2020. The bathrooms were renewed, kitchen cupboards and wardrobes were repaired and floors were replaced.
Apartments for couples and families are mainly two room apartments. There are a few three room apartments as well in the building. For students moving alone there are spacious studios. Every apartment is equipped with a balcony.
There is a club room for the tenants. Bike and pram storages are located in a separate building in the yard. There is a playground for children in the yard.
