Executive committee and housing division

The executive committee is tasked with outlining the issues to be discussed at board meetings, such as the business plan, budget, housing production and acquisitions, and wide-range planning of operations, as authorised by the board of directors.

The housing division has, as authorised by the foundation's board of directors, the following tasks:

  • Track, monitor and prepare matters concerning the upkeep and maintenance of
  • properties and the preparation and execution of the maintenance and acquisition budget.
  • Prepare proposals for the maintenance and acquisition budget as well as for the rent to be collected.
  • Monitor and develop tenant activities.
  • Set guidelines for the verification of the right to occupancy as well as handle any precedents.

The board of directors selects four members for the housing division, two of whom must be tenant representatives. The board of directors selects the chairman of the division.
